I find it such a weird state of affairs, to be so focused on an incongruous, jarring thing, a dissonant, atonal chord, the world off-kilter, a lid screwed on wrongly, a Dis-ease instead of an ease. As I prioritize my life around it... even... feel a bit addicted to it... there's a part inside me that wants to shake off an imaginary creepy-crawly and say - Eee. Unnatural.
There's even a whole industry around the disequilibrium. A gargantuan one. And its become sort of cool to be about the dis-Ease, which is weird.
This is a great video, again from HAI, great because it explains things well and great because it shows so much normal life and you can see some of what I see. One thing I hugely appreciate about HAI is that they are committed to scaling up the local, permanent health sector: in other words, Mozambique's Ministry of Health. It's such a cool way to go about things.

Hi Brooke, Doug and I just watched this short video, imagining you working and walking RIGHT there. Very impressive, Doug said,"I think Brooke has enough work cut out for her." We pray for you @ night. Much Love, Aunt Marcia
